We Accept Returns
Changed your mind, received a wrong part, or have a quality concern? We accept returns. Contact us first to initiate the process.
We Pay Return Shipping
Knyx covers the cost of return shipping on all accepted returns. We'll send you a prepaid label — just box it up and drop it off.
Store Credit Issued
Returns are refunded as store credit equal to the cost of the returned parts. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future order.
Full Return Policy
Eligibility
Parts may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. Parts must be in their original, uninstalled condition. Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Special-order or custom-sourced parts may not be returnable — we will indicate this clearly before your order is placed.
How to Return
- Contact us at knyx.precisionquote.tech/contact or reply to your order email to start a return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
- Pack the part securely in its original packaging if available, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any compatible carrier location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued to your account within 1–2 business days.
Store Credit
Knyx issues store credit only for returned parts — we do not issue cash or card refunds. Store credit is applied to your account and can be used on any future order, including orders placed on Net-30 terms. Store credit does not expire.
Shipping Errors & Damaged Parts
If you received a wrong part or a part was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the part. We will arrange a replacement at no cost and cover all associated shipping. No waiting, no back-and-forth.
Core Deposits
Some remanufactured parts carry a core charge. When applicable, this is shown on the product page and at checkout. Core returns follow the same process — contact us, ship back the old core with the prepaid label, and the core deposit is credited to your account.
