Manufacturer Warranty

All parts carry their original manufacturer warranty. OEM components include the full warranty coverage as specified by the manufacturer — typically 12 months or defined by part type.

Defective Part Replacement

If a part is defective on arrival or fails within its warranty period under normal use, we replace it at no charge and cover all associated shipping. No back-and-forth.

Shipping Errors

Received the wrong part? Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll ship the correct part right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.
